A manner of death has been determined for adult film star LuLu LoveBottom

A manner of death has been determined for adult film star LuLu LoveBottom.
The content creator ā whose legal name was Lucas Drake ā died at age 31 on Sept. 7. Los Angeles police responded to his reported death at 11:22 a.m. local time and registered the case as non-suspicious.
His manner of death was suicide, according to TMZ. Drakeās cause of death is pending further investigation, per the outlet.
Drake, who also used the name Hunter Hardin online, had a following of over 30,000 across his X and Instagram accounts, where he promoted his profile on OnlyFans, a subscription-based platform known for adult content.
About five years ago, the former college football player discovered his love for burlesque at a ballroom event in the Phoenix area ā launching his career as a performer.
āIt allows me to identify my femininity with my masculinity,ā he said of burlesque in an interview with OutSports in 2025. āIām oiled up, but I let myself express my femininity as well. It feels authentic and reflects the journey I saw for myself when I was younger.ā

Drake also spoke out about his mental health struggles, telling the outlet that he had experienced āa lot of depressionā throughout his life and that he had turned to athletics as a ārelief.ā

āIām a happy and bubbly person, and I also like to dance around and have some fun. But Iāve also been depressed,ā Drake said in an interview with Queerty in 2025, describing his work as a burlesque dancer. āIām happy now, and itās not something Iām shy about talking about. I like to use my art to express those feelings. A lot of it is pain and abandonment, a lot of suffering through romance.ā

On Sept. 7, shortly before his death, Drake shared a final post to Instagram, writing, āI love you and Iām sorry I was unable to make it to the end. Goodbye forever. Love, Lulu.ā
