Anne Hathaway stunned at the Shanghai premiere of “The Devil Wears Prada 2” in a black Susan Fang minidress. The fashion house’s official Instagram page shared a clip of the Oscar-winning actor posing in the dress for the morning photocall and noted that the dress covered in petals are shaped after “lucky clover” leaves. As it seems, Hathaway and her co-star Meryl Streep have turned the film’s press tour into their own fashion runway.

Anne Hathaway’s minidress featured a semi-transparent base, layered with soft, petal-like appliqués that resemble scattered clovers. These textured embellishments created dimension and movement, giving the dress a light, almost ethereal quality despite its dark palette. The piece’s sleeveless cut and high neckline keep the silhouette clean and contemporary. A lacy red layer peeked out from underneath its hem. Look 28 from Susan Fang’s Fall/Winter 2026 collection inspired this design.

Hathaway paired the dress with Christian Louboutin Degrastrass Red Carpet pumps which are currently retailing for $1,995. Designed in mesh, the black shoes featured a structured heel counter and stiletto in red. Rhinestones decorated their vamp and heel. Another striking accessory she was wearing was the Bulgari Divas’ Dream jewelry watch. She wore her hair down in waves, complete with her character Andy’s signature bangs.

Reflecting back on the moment, Susan Fang’s official Instagram page wrote, “Such a dream to have Anne Hathaway wear both of our looks during her Shanghai Premier. The morning dress is made of all petals shapes of lucky clovers, wishing you the most amazing beautiful moments in all the days ahead. Truly so touched when she said she had to wear this magical dress for this magical moment.”

The other dress in question was Look 3 from the same collection. The pastel-hued midi dress featured ruffles in soft pink and blue, but looked almost white under the red carpet lights. Hathaway paired this ethereal outfit with Ginavitto Rossi Diana heels.
