The Chargers will take on the Broncos in Week 5. However, Denver will likely be missing two key players.
The Broncos could put star cornerback Pat Surtain II and wide receiver Pat Bryant on injured reserve, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Surtain suffered a severe ankle injury in their Week 4 matchup against the 49ers. The All-Pro cornerback avoided a season-ending injury. He exited the contest in the second half with the injury. Whether Surtain goes on the IR or not, he will miss a handful of weeks.

As for Bryant, the Broncos are confident that he avoided a long-term right ankle injury. He also suffered the injury in Week 4 against the 49ers. The second-year wideout is expected to be sidelined for "a few weeks."
The Chargers will host the Broncos in Week 5, seeking their first win of the season. Los Angeles has come out on top three of the last four times. However, the Bolts lost their most recent matchup to Denver on the road.
The Broncos lead the series all-time at 74-58-1.
