Ash Trevino, a controversial content creator, has entered a plea deal following her arrest late last year.

According to court docs obtained by PEOPLE, the 37-year-old internet personality — whose full name is Ashley Lopez-Trevino — pleaded guilty to charges of welfare fraud and fraudulent securing of document execution on Aug. 5.

As part of her plea deal, Lopez-Trevino agreed to serve two years of community supervision, complete 120 hours of community service, complete an anti-theft program, and pay a fine of $16,799.95 to the Texas Health and Human Services Commission.

An attorney for the influencer did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.

Lopez-Trevino, who has over 500,000 followers across her Instagram and Snapchat accounts, has frequently drawn controversy online, including for discussing in explicit detail her preference to date inmates.

She was arrested on felony charges in Texas on Dec. 17 and later released on a $15,000 bond. In clips that circulated from a livestream after she was released, Lopez-Trevino told her followers that she had an attorney and planned to “fight this,” referring to the charges.

The content creator was then arrested again in March after prosecutors alleged that she had violated her bail agreement by drinking alcohol on one occasion and purchasing it on another. Prosecutors said at the time that they had learned of the alleged bond violation after she posted images of herself consuming alcohol at a birthday party and a receipt showing she had purchased alcohol at a restaurant, though her legal team denied at the time that she ever violated her bail conditions.
