Jerry Ferrara is a dad again!
The Entourage star, 46, announced on Tuesday, Feb. 17, that he welcomed his third baby — and third son — with wife Breanne on Saturday, Jan. 31, sharing the exciting news on Instagram. In a series of sweet photos, Ferrara could be seen lying in bed with his wife, who held their newborn son, Jesse Charles Ferrara, on her chest.
Their two sons — James, 4, and Jacob Michael, 6 — were also seen in the picture, lying on top of their parents. Ferrara also shared solo shots of his sons and their new baby brother, as well as a picture of him with his baby boy on his chest.

"On 1/31 I became the luckiest guy in the world again. Somehow I’m blessed with another SON," Ferrara wrote in his caption. "My wife @breanneracanoferrara once again showed me just how amazing life can be. And she also again blew my mind with her power and spirit. It was a beautiful birth and everyone is doing great."
"I fully accept the opportunity to raise 3 strong, caring, good hearted men who hopefully help people. I will die trying to accomplish this mission," he continued. "But will also make sure I take the time to enjoy every single moment of the journey. Say hello to Jesse Charles Ferrara."
Back in 2021, Ferrara and his wife welcomed their second baby boy, also announcing the news on Instagram The couple welcomed son Jacob Michael in May 2019 after previously suffering a pregnancy loss.
"My heart is so full and we are ready to do our best to raise good men! To my 2 boys I promise to always love you and to be there for you in every way I can be," Ferrara wrote alongside a series of photos with the newborn.

"To my amazing wife @breanneracanoferrara what can I say. You're the greatest thing that ever happened to me who also gave me two of the greatest gifts I have ever received," he continued. "I marvel at what you have done and you are the glue that holds us all together. Not enough words to ever thank and honor you. So for now I'll just say thank you and I love you forever and ever!"
When Ferrara and his wife announced that they were expecting their first baby, Jacob Michael, in January 2019, the actor shared that he was excited to become a dad.
"It's been a long journey and we both cannot be more excited for parenthood. Growing up without a father means this is the most important job/thing I'll ever do," he wrote.
Breanne went on to share her own post at the time, explaining that prior to learning they were expecting their son, the couple had experienced a pregnancy loss.
"This past year has been filled with love, loss, grief, lots of patience and more love. And now learning to navigate pregnancy after loss (which at times can be terrifying)," she wrote. "Thank you to such an incredible support group of family and friends in our lives."
