Kid Rock and Robert F. Kennedy Jr. are back at it again.
The unlikely duo, who hung out together at Kid Rock's home in Nashville earlier this month, recently teamed up for a new workout video on social media, which had internet users asking all sorts of questions.
While many viewers already have mixed opinions about the controversial duo, there was one point in the video that seems to have several users utterly stumped: Kennedy's choice of workout gear.

In the clip posted to X (formerly Twitter) by the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services on Tuesday, Feb. 17, Kennedy and Kid Rock both appear shirtless as they take viewers through a workout routine, which they call "Secretary Kennedy and Kid Rock's Rock Out Work Out."
The HHS Secretary, whose motto is "Make America Healthy Again," can be seen wearing a pair of jeans as he partakes in various types of exercise with Kid Rock in the video, which shows the pair hitting the gym, working out in a sauna and drinking glasses of whole milk while sitting in a pool.
But not only is Kennedy seen working out in a pair of jeans, but he even dunks into the cold plunge with his jeans on. He also wears the jeans to play pickleball, and is still wearing them when he jumps in the pool at the end of the workout.

"Who wears jeans in a pool?" one user questioned, while another asked, "Do you own a pair of swim trunks?"
"Wearing jeans to workout in is a choice...wearing them into a cold plunge is even more deranged," someone else wrote.
Another noted, "Bobby loves his jeans."
"Has anyone seen the Secretary of HHS? Oh sure, he’s in kid rock’s indoor pool chugging whole milk in his jeans creating content for social media," someone else quipped.
Meanwhile, Kennedy, 72, wrote in the caption of the video: "I’ve teamed up with @KidRock to deliver two simple messages to the American people: GET ACTIVE + EAT REAL FOOD."
