Prince Harry and Meghan Markle reportedly need to be wary of Prince William‘s next move. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex returned to the UK in August for an extended stay. Since then, there have been many reports of William’s concerns regarding their comeback. Now, as per a source, things won’t look good for Harry and Meghan once William becomes King.
Prince William’s next move might get ‘ugly,’ sources claim
A source told Daily Expresso host JJ Anisiobi that Prince William was “instrumental” in issuing the letter declaring Prince Harry and Meghan Markle as “private citizens.” The source stated, “He’s taken it as a big win.” Moreover, it has made him hopeful about King Charles finally “seeing this more clearly.” They added, “William is not going to stop pushing until the King agrees to take away their titles.”
Meanwhile, commentator Mark Dolan shared that the Prince of Wales might remove the titles if his father fails to. He warned that this move would deepen the conflict between the Sussexes and Buckingham Palace.

“Harry and Meghan will weaponize any efforts to strip them of the title because their whole grift is that they are victims,” Dolan continued. “As long as they are Duke and Duchess of Sussex, then they can pretend to be royal, and that’s a problem for the family, and it’s a problem for the monarchy.” The commentator doesn’t think Charles will strip Harry and Meghan of their titles. However, he feels “William will, and it’s going to be ugly.”
Recently, Closer reported that William wants the Sussexes to return to the US. “William doesn’t believe they’ll even last another six months,” the insider said. The future king feels the couple will give up and return to America when “they realise they can’t just bulldoze their way into getting everything they want.”
The Prince of Wales is reportedly staying out of Harry and Meghan’s “security battle because he knows anything he does will be used against him by Harry.” Thus, William is “giving that a wide berth and counting on the powers that be to do the right thing.”
