Valerie Bertinelli discovered negatives from a lingerie photoshoot she did in the 1970s and shared them on Instagram.

“I had totally forgotten that I had them, which is why we probably haven’t seen them in print anywhere,” she told fans.

“Toss or save?” Bertinelli asked her 1.7 million followers, many of whom agreed “save.”

Valerie Bertinelli discovered quite a blast from the past while decluttering her house recently.

The Hot in Clevelandstar shared with her 1.7 million Instagram followers that while going through a treasure trove of memorabilia from her early career, she “stumbled upon a bunch of these negatives.”

In the accompanying photo, she held up a film strip of two scandalous snapshots of her then-19-year-old self posing in black lingerie and strappy high heels, while straddling a chair. Bertinelli, now 66, estimated the photoshoot’s year to be 1979, four years into her star turn as wisecracking teen Barbara Cooper on One Day at a Time.

“I had totally forgotten that I had them, which is why we probably haven’t seen them in print anywhere,” she reasoned. “Now I don’t know what to do with them. But I have an idea…”

As Bertinelli explained, she and her brother David Bertinelli “have a new show called Undeveloped,” documenting her Hollywood history with never-before-seen photos taken by David. The online series, which premiered on Thursday, can be streamed on her website, ValeriesPlace.com.

“Maybe I should get him to do something with them,” mused Bertinelli. “Or not? Toss or save?”

“I always remember that you mentioned you struggled with your body image,” said another. “Looking at this, I ask why???... you were, and always will be HOT.”

Bertinelli “liked” a suggestion from one commenter that she “make a little scrapbook with all of the photos you want. Maybe like this particular one…. So whenever you are feeling nostalgic you can take it out.”
