As Justin Rose looks to win his first Masters after his finishing second at the tournament three times, he’ll be supported by his longtime caddie Mark Fulcher.
Rose and Fulcher, who often goes by the nickname “Fooch,” began working together in 2008, and Fulcher was on Rose’s bag until 2019. That year, he underwent heart surgery and had to take a leave of absence from the job. In September 2023, Fulcher and Rose reunited, and have been back together ever since.
“We were together for so long and had the appropriate amount of time apart as well, you know,” Rose said at the time. “We both had the opportunity to go and do different things, experience different things and learn, then come back together with the previous ten or eleven years done and dusted and with a new goal of seeing what else we can achieve. We’re not trying to rekindle anything or live up to what’s been in the past because we have new challenges and it should be fun.”
Fulcher added, “I hadn’t thought about it at all, but as soon as we spoke it was an easy decision to make. Not only is he my boss but he’s very close to my heart, too, and if we can enjoy a couple more special moments together on the course then it’ll be well worth it.”

He’s from England.
Like Rose, he’s an Englishman and now lives in America. He’s married to Adrienne Taylor, and they live in Palm Beach Gardens.
Fulcher has two dogs.
His pups Rio and Milly often feature on his Instagram:
Fulcher underwent heart surgery in 2019.
In 2019, he had surgery to repair the mitral valve in his heart at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City. “I was very, very grateful to find it and for the friends who helped me getting into surgery,” Fulcher said. “It was just remarkable. I'm incredibly grateful.”
He briefly worked with other golfers.
After returning from his health leave, he briefly caddied for Francesco Molinari, Paul Casey on LIV, and Billy Horschel, before reuniting with Rose.

“It’s just a delicate balance, isn’t it,” Rose said about his work with his caddie during the 2026 Masters. “If someone interjects and puts an idea in there that's not your own, it's very hard to then commit to it. So we have this sort of relationship where I need to see it; I need to drive the vision of what we want to do.”
