NEW YORK - Yankees mistakes have been at the core of this AL Division Series so far - from Austin Wells' over-aggressive baserunning gambit in Game 1, to the defensive breakdown in Game 2.

But the Yankees also haven't mounted much of an offensive threat against Rays pitching.

Entering Wednesday's win-or-else Game 3 for the Yanks, they've scored just two runs - both on Ben Rice solo homers in Game 2 at Tropicana Field.

As the venue switches to Yankee Stadium, manager Aaron Boone has been pondering some lineup changes against Rays' veteran right-hander Nick Martinez.

Boone has made two lineup changes, swapping out Jazz Chisholm Jr. and Ryan McMahon for Anthony Volpe and Jose Caballero.

Also, Spencer Jones has been dropped from cleanup to No. 8, while Austin Wells has been elevated to No. 6 in the lineup, with Trent Grisham now batting leadoff and Rice batting second.

Here's how the Yankees will line up against Martinez, and how the Rays will play it against Max Fried, the first lefty starter they've seen in this ALDS:
